Location: Butler, PA 16029 | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $58,000 - $60,000 (Direct Hire)

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the Supply Chain Team, you will play a critical role in managing the purchasing of materials—from glass to rubber bands—while ensuring optimal inventory levels to keep our production plant moving. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to streamline procurement and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Management – Oversee procurement of all production materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Inventory Control – Perform monthly inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and implement efficient stock control measures.
- Supply Chain Support – Assist the Manager of Supply Chain with planning, logistics, and operational strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside production, shipping, and quality teams to ensure seamless workflows.
- Process & Documentation Management – Keep work areas organized, track purchases, and provide all necessary shipping/receiving paperwork.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management (manufacturing or glass industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to analyze data, track trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
